LaToya is originally from Omaha, NE. Born and raised in the North Omaha community. She started her career in professional development where she helps job seekers gain the skills needed to join the workforce and stay in the workforce. It sparked an interest in working with employees and helping employees in the workforce. When she began this work, she found that it aligned with Human Resources. She has spent her time working with employees to grow and develop in the workplace. She has a passion for Human Resources and helping others. At the Learning Community she gets to continue her passion for professional development and Human Resources, while working with the leadership and the staff.
LaToya is a mother to four beautiful children and a wife to a wonderful husband. She enjoys spending time with them, watching sports, and being outside.
