Itzeni Nayeli Lopez is a wife, mother of three daughters, and passionate advocate for children and families. For the past decade, she has worked within the Learning Community of Douglas and Sarpy Counties, an organization established to expand access to opportunity and strengthen educational outcomes through partnerships with school districts and community organizations.
Nayeli currently serves as the Executive Director of Elementary Learning Centers, where she oversees programming that supports students and families across eleven school districts. With experience as a Family Learning Manager, Educational Navigator, and bilingual liaison, she has dedicated her career to building inclusive, caring spaces where both children and educators can thrive.
She believes deeply in the Learning Community’s programs and the positive impact they bring to individuals and neighborhoods. Guided by her commitment to collaboration, Nayeli’s vision is for every program to flourish so that all families feel welcome and have the resources to support their children’s success.
